Your job

As Domain Expert within Credit Portfolio Analysis, you will be involved in the following activities:

  • Investigating, analysing and monitoring relevant developments in the credit portfolio
  • Creating steering information for (senior) management
  • Setting and monitoring the Credit Risk Appetite
  • Executing Credit Risk deep dives
  • Performing Credit Risk scenario analyses and stress tests
  • Engaging with Business, Risk and Finance stakeholders

Working environment

You will work within the Credit Portfolio Analysis department within Credit Risk, within the sub-team Portfolio Analysis. The Portfolio Analysis team consists of seven professionals who have a broad overview of all the relevant aspects of credit risk management.

Within Credit Risk, professionals can grow and develop further, both on content and from a personal perspective. It is appreciated when you actively contribute to improving the way of working. Your profile

You are an analytical person who has a passion for the combination of thinking and doing. You like working in teams and you strive for quality and structure. You want to know what goes on in the organisation and you look for practical and transparent solutions. You possess a strong drive to keep your own expertise up to date, and at the same time you want to actively contribute to developing the domain further. You get energy from transferring your expertise to others, and you want to learn from colleagues with other expertise.

  • Graduated from BSc or MSc in economics, econometrics, business administration, mathematics or a comparable field
  • Between 3-5 years working experience 
  • Strong analytical skills and affinity with data
  • A keen interest in macro-economic developments and the impact thereof on the bank
  • You are pro-active and like working in a team or project
  • Strong communication (both verbal and written, in English), organisational and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work with different stakeholders across the chain to coordinate deliverables
  • You are a team player

We are offering

  • The gross monthly salary displayed above is based on a 36-hour work week, including vacation pay and benefit budget.
  • The Benefit Budget is 11% of your salary. The Benefit Budget allows you to acquire additional employment benefits. If you make no purchases or reservations in the Benefit Shop in a given month, you are paid one twelfth of your Benefit Budget that month.
  • Five weeks of vacation per year. You have the option to purchase an additional four weeks per year.
  • Personal development Budget of € 1,000 per year, which you can accumulate up to € 3,000.
  • Possibility to work from home (in consultation with your team and depending on your position).
  • An annual public transport pass with free public transportation throughout the Netherlands.
  • An excellent pension scheme.
