Be part of the broader Credit Portfolio Management team (“CPM”) and be part of the Active Portfolio Steering Cluster (APS).
CPM consists of 72 experts, 5 expert leads and the Head of CPM, reflecting a diverse range of professional and personal backgrounds. The team is at the centre of CB’s capital efficient strategy, being responsible for capital allocation & pricing, data & model management, performance management & analytics, active portfolio steering and program lending oversight.
APS translates the tactical and strategic objectives of Corporate Banking and Wealth Management into the Strategic Capital Allocation on a segment level and portfolio steering activities in order to achieve an optimum credit portfolio. In doing so, it considers the situation from the financial, risk and strategic perspectives. The tools to achieve effective steering include OtD tools such as portfolio transactions, single name solutions (guarantees, insurance, secondary sales), as well as the establishment of co-lending partnerships. APS works closely together with Relationship Bankers (Coverage), Lending and Financial Markets to execute transactions.
This role specifically focusses on Integrated Steering Framework and the Strategic Capital Allocation.
Activities in more detail:
You will work in the APS cluster. We are a lean team. Individual team members need to be able to lead projects from beginning to the end. Where needed we can make agile project teams for the different projects, tapping into the diverse profiles of CPM.
